We’re a research service. We find the projects, the companies and the people behind them, then hand it to your team in a form they can act on.

McDade Construction Intelligence is a sole-trader business based in Sydney, New South Wales, operated by Finn McDade. We work with head contractors, builders, developers, subcontractors and building product suppliers.

Our job is the legwork that sits in front of every tender and every sales approach: knowing which projects are coming, who is behind them, and who to talk to.

Findings come from public records, licensed data and direct enquiries, and are cross-checked before they reach you. We note where everything came from.

Where research involves personal information, such as a contact at a company, we collect only what the engagement needs and handle it under the Australian Privacy Principles.

Every engagement starts with a written brief and a fixed quote. You know what you’re getting, when, and in what format.

Independent

We don’t take commissions from builders, developers or suppliers. Our only client is the one who commissioned the research.
